Davison Alternative High School

Davison Alternative Education serves nearly 175 students who are at risk of not graduating with their high school class. DAE works in partnership with Davison High School to identify students who can benefit from the design of the alternative education program, regain some lost credits and potentially return to high school.

Davison Alternative Education operates on trimesters rather than the traditional four-quarter schedule. This allows the school to offer nearly 15 elective courses for students. Staff continue to focus on success for all students by expanding instructional strategies, instituting more intensive interventions and building strong relationships with kids.

Students are able to enjoy many activities throughout the year including athletics.There's also the annual holiday dinner, which has become a tradition at DAE. The school year always culminates with the highlight of the year: graduation!
