Student Surveys

Michigan Public Act 15 of 2025 (Section 164k of the State School Aid Act, MCL 388.1764k) requires school districts and intermediate school districts to post all survey questions, along with their results, on their website. This law ensures that parents and legal guardians are notified of surveys conducted on students, covering local, state, or federal surveys.
